Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and m88link ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing or using the m88link website at https://m88link.cam in any manner, including creating an account, depositing funds or participating in any game or promotional activity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using m88link immediately and close any existing account. m88link reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users accessing m88link from Malaysia, including users located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and all other parts of Malaysia.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — the m88link website, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and all associated services accessible at https://m88link.cam.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Member to access Platform services.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credit added to an Account that is subject to wagering requirements and specific bonus conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement / Rollover" — the minimum total qualifying bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds or resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required to confirm a Member's identity, age and payment account ownership.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the designated account currency for Malaysian Members.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by local law.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond m88link's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory interventions or payment network failures.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an m88link account, a Member must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be a natural person aged 21 years or older. m88link does not permit gambling services to individuals under the age of 21, regardless of any applicable local minimum age standard.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly forbidden.
• Register only one account per person, household, device, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited.
• Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and throughout the account lifecycle, including full legal name, date of birth, address and payment details.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of m88link or any affiliated operator.

Terms of Use

Members agree to use the m88link Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other software to access, scrape or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform to launder money, commit fraud or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location or payment ownership to circumvent any verification requirement.
• Abusing any promotional offer, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts for bonus purposes, exploiting software errors or coordinating with others to inflate wagering statistics.

m88link reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms without prior notice. Any Account balance associated with a prohibited activity may be forfeited at m88link's discretion.

Deposits and Payments

m88link accepts MYR deposits through a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and selected credit and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

All payment accounts used for deposits must be held in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where practicable, minus any fees incurred. m88link is not responsible for delays, errors or rejections caused by third-party payment providers, scheduled maintenance windows or incomplete recipient information provided by the Member.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are stated on the relevant payment page and may be amended at any time.
• Deposits made in a currency other than MYR may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Deposited funds not used within a period of 180 consecutive days of account inactivity may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification status, outstanding wagering requirements, applicable withdrawal limits and the operational hours of the chosen payment channel. m88link targets the following indicative processing times, which are not guaranteed:

• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): approximately 5 to 30 minutes after approval.
• Bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) and DuitNow / FPX: typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and network availability.

Prior to approving any withdrawal request, m88link may require the Member to complete KYC documentation, including a valid government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of the nominated payment account. Withdrawal requests submitted without completed KYC will remain pending until verification is satisfactory.

Bonuses and Promotions

Promotions offered through m88link are subject to individual campaign terms in addition to these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific campaign term and these Terms, the specific campaign term prevails in relation to that promotion only.

Key general conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Wagering Requirement: all Bonus Funds are subject to a stated rollover multiplier (for example X10, X15 or X20) calculated on the bonus amount or the total of deposit plus bonus, as specified per campaign. The qualifying bet total must be reached before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: while Bonus Funds are active, individual bets must not exceed the stated per-bet limit, commonly in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500. Bets exceeding this cap may invalidate the promotion.
• Game Contribution: slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet towards the wagering requirement; table games, live dealer games and certain other categories commonly contribute at a lower rate of 10% to 20%. Refer to the individual promotion page for the applicable contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements typically expire after 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of bonus issuance, as stated per campaign. Expired bonuses and related winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: certain promotions apply a cap on the total amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn. This limit is stated in the individual campaign terms and does not affect separately deposited real-money funds.

m88link reserves the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is found to have been claimed in breach of these Terms or individual campaign conditions, m88link may void the bonus and any associated winnings.

Responsible Gambling

m88link is committed to supporting responsible gambling behaviours. The Platform provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to use these tools proactively rather than reactively.

Gambling must be treated as a form of paid entertainment, not as a means to generate income, recover financial losses or fund personal expenses. Gambling-related financial risk is real; never wager more than you can afford to lose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the m88link Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, iconography, game assets, software and database compilations, is the property of m88link or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purposes described in these Terms.

Members may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of m88link. Unauthorised use may result in account suspension and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m88link shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, game errors or technical malfunctions, subject to the m88link dispute resolution process.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events, third-party payment provider failures, banking network disruptions or scheduled maintenance.
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of Platform services.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a Member's failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Members remain responsible for assessing whether participation in online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m88link holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising between a Member and m88link, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the m88link customer support channel before initiating formal legal proceedings.

Malaysian users are solely responsible for ensuring that their participation in online gambling complies with applicable Malaysian laws. m88link makes no representation that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Access to and use of the Platform is made on the Member's own initiative and at their own risk.
